Datwon Thomas

Datwon is a young seasoned veteran in the entertainment publication world. He started as an intern with VIBE online in 1996. In 1997 he began writing for XXL Magazine as the associate music editor. After a tenure with Sean "Diddy" Combs, he launched the iconic KING Magazine. Years later, he returned to XXL Magazine as editor-in-chief and later became COO of Russell Simmons Global Grind.

Jeff Sledge

The legendary A&R for Jive records has spent nearly 23 years in the music business. He started out at Wild Pitch records in 1989. After years working promotions in key markets, Jeff landed at the iconic Jive Records label.

Kevin Leong
